INVIGORATING TEA

As we slowly move out of spring and into summer, it is time to drive out the heat and excessive dampness leftover from the previous season. This drink should do the trick!

2 servings

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons of adzuki beans
2 tablespoons of hyacinth beans
2 tablespoons of lily leaves

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients into a 16-20 ounce vacuum flask. Add boiling hot water to it. Cover the flask and let it sit for 20 minutes.

This should allow you to make up to 2 glasses of tea. Pour out the liquid. Feel free to eat the beans.

Tip 1: Enjoy as a refreshing morning drink!

Tip 2: All the ingredients in this recipe can also be found in the herbal soup packet we have for sale for the Winter Melon Soup with Pork and Kapok Tree Flowers. You can buy that and set aside the ingredients you don't use.
